Yes you can. Simply inform our staff and they will be happy to change your storage space immediately.

What sizes of units do you have?
Our standard size units range from 5’x5’ to 20’x 25’ and about 8’ high (all dimensions are approximate), but many facilities also offer smaller and larger spaces, from storage lockers to extra-large units. Use our Size Estimator to find the right amount of space for you;. You can always measure your unit at the facility when you visit.

How do I lock my unit?
You can purchase a new padlock in reception. Keys & combination locks are available.No one else has a key to the padlock – just you. If you prefer to provide your own lock, you’re welcome to do so.

You can reserve your unit up to 30 days before you move in.

How far in advance can I rent a storage unit ?
You can rent a storage unit immediately. Just phone the store you want and tell them when you are coming in. You can pay over the phone. It’s as simple as that.

We are open 7 days a week, but access hours do vary by location. Please check opening times for your local branch.

Is it totally secure?
Yes. At A&A Self Storage we offer 24hr digital CCTV cameras as well as security guards on site during office opening hours.

You are responsible for the contents of your unit at A&A Self Storage and insurance for your stored belongings is required. Affordable Storage Insurance is available through A&A Self Storage from as little as £1.00 per week.

Yes. You’re welcome to use any of our complimentary trolleys while you’re at A&A Self Storage.

We have designed our web site to make renting storage space fast and easy. At A&A Self Storage we always like it when our customers walk into our store, but you can book over the phone just as easily.

If I do not rent storage space, can I still purchase storage and moving supplies?
Yes. We sell all moving and storage supplies like boxes, tape, protective wrap, furniture covers, dish-packs, glass-packs and more. You don’t need to be a storage customer to buy our supplies. Everybody is welcome.

We are happy to refund on any storage and moving supplies that have not been used within 14 days of purchase.
