The company was founded in 1995.with the aim of starting a self storage business in the North West Area of London. It is managed by mother of two, Susie Fabre who likes to offer all her customers a professional and friendly service with that extra personal touch. She is currently on the board of the Self Storage Association of the UK and Europe.

As most of our staff have been with us for well over 5 years ( some 10!), we feel that we can really provide our customers with not only good advice, but years of experience.

As moving and storing goods can be a stressful business A&A Self Storage endeavour to look after all their customer’s needs, however large or small. The Staff at A&A are very committed and like to help all their customers with their expert advice..

Self storage is a rapidly growing industry and more and more people appear to be needing more storage space, in the home and in the workplace.

A&A currently have 3 North London self storage sites within the M25 providing self storage and serviced offices.

We are currently looking to expand within the greater London area.

A&A Self Storage is always seeking to acquire buildings and sites suitable for self storage, serviced offices and container storage.

• Sites of 1 acre upwards
• Freeholds or very long leaseholds
• Locations throughout UK, preferably Greater London
• Prominent Locations with Main Road Frontage
• Existing Buildings of 10,000 sq ft upwards
• Car Parks from 10,000 sq ft upwards
